The other day I was at Dr. Jeanie's office and I was reading more about the amazing B.E.S.T technique that she uses with her patients. It inspired me to share a part of it with you today regarding the six essentials for life.

Today we are celebrating this beautiful festive 4th of July 2008.  As I was outside enjoying the sunshine, I realized there are still six whole months of 2008 left to live and love to the max! I started looking at each one of the six essentials of life listed above and really evaluated my choices about each of them today and how they will affect my life the rest of this year and beyond.

When I add up all of todays choices regarding the six essentials for life; what I eat, drink, how I exercise, rest, breathe and how I think -  I really can begin  to see clearly how these choices compound over time.  Today my choices give me the results I am looking for physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I know these good choices will have huge impact on my results through the rest of this year and beyond! It is exciting to know that slowing down and taking care of myself and making great daily choices has given me and will continue to give me all of the abundance and prosperity that I seek for myself and others.  

I applaud YOU as you take the time to evaluate the six essentials of life as they are for you - knowing you are worthy of all the abundance that each of them will produce for you today, for the rest of 2008 and beyond.
